At our store, all items you purchase are considered final sale. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Please be aware that colors with similar names, as used by different apparel manufacturers, brands, or styles (e.g., Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy, etc.), may not always match precisely with each other or with our thread guide options.

Order Processing and Shipping
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
As we craft products specifically for your order, please allow 2-5 days for us to process and ship your order. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If your order status indicates "delivered" but you haven't received it, please reach out to your local post office, as USPS is responsible for delivery.
Shipping Address Responsibilities
It's crucial to provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. Cultured Brand cannot be held liable for discrepancies such as lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. We are unable to make changes if incorrect shipping or product details were provided at the time of purchase.
For orders with delivery problems where the package is marked as "delivered" but not received, please file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is unsuccessful after review, we may issue a store credit for the disputed amount.
When you receive your tracking number via email, it means we've initiated the shipping process, and your tracking will update once USPS scans your order. It's not uncommon for orders to remain in "pre-shipment" for several days. Please only contact us if your order significantly exceeds the estimated shipping time.
All shirts, hats, and hoodies from Cultured Brand are available in unisex sizing, suitable for both men and women.
Our product prices may change without prior notice. However, please note that the price at which you confirmed your order will remain final. We will not make retroactive price adjustments.
